Here is my innovative idea to prepare parotta using modern gadgets.
Prepare parotta like a professional parotta master using the following equipments......Kitchenaid stand mixer for kneading the dough, pasta roller and cutter for making layer parotta and flattened using a tortilla press or poori press. This parotta requires lesser oil. We can use healthy oils like peanut oil or sesame oil.Parotta (7 big size parotta):
Maida / All purpose flour - 300 gm / 2 cups
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Peanut oil - 1 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp +2Tbsp
Water - 3/4 cup
